Flex is a better way to pay rent. For a small monthly fee, Flex covers your monthly rent on the first, and you pay it back at your own pace throughout the month.

CREDIT REPORTING

Get the credit you deserve for paying rent. For a small monthly fee, your on-time rent payments can be reported to all 3 major credit bureaus. Start today by adding on this service when you apply or reach out to our leasing team directly to add it to your lease!

RENTERS INSURANCE

Our community requires all residents to have tenant liability coverage. To make this easy, we automatically enroll you in our liability insurance program. If you prefer, you're welcome to provide proof of your own third-party policy, and our insurance charge will be removed from your account.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT?

To apply for our apartments, simply click Apply Now to begin an application. Once you have provided us with all necessary information we will run a background check and confirm that you are qualified to live at our property. WHAT IS A GUARANTOR?

A guarantor is an individual that signs a lease agreement along with a renter promising to uphold the lease agreement in the event a renter defaults on their financial obligations. The guarantor can be a parent, spouse, extended family member, or a friend but will need to be in good financial standing and pass all necessary screenings.

WILL I NEED A GUARANTOR FOR MY LEASE?

DO I NEED RENTERS INSURANCE?

When you sign your lease, you are automatically enrolled in our group landlord liability insurance program—no additional steps are required on your part! However, you’re welcome to purchase your own third-party renter’s insurance policy if you'd like protection for your belongings.

ARE THE APARTMENTS PET-FRIENDLY?

Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly! Each apartment is allowed to have a maximum of 2 pets with the exception of restricted breeds that can be provided by the leasing office.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Our advertised rates only include monthly rent for your apartment. Additional charges such as pest control, trash services, and pet fees will be added to the base rental amount.

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED?

Electricity must be set up in your name prior to moving in. Contact office for more details.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes! Parking is available for all residents. Guest parking spaces are noted accordingly throughout our community.
